Like anything, the cost of producing an infomercial can vary greatly. However, paying more for production doesn’t necessarily mean better performance. Thousands of products have been sold successfully using infomercials with relatively small production budgets. Conversely, the product/service, the company and the brand associated with it are key elements that will vary the overall requirements of the infomercial and therefore, the costs to produce it.

Remember, producing an infomercial is akin to producing a 30 minute movie! So naturally, they cost more than traditional 30, 60 or 120 second “short-form” commercials. More planning, more scripting, more shooting, more film and more editing.
